Located on the second floor facing primarily west, the Capitol Suite is our largest suite and has a king bed, a queen bed in an attached sunroom, and a queen sofa sleeper, as well as a fireplace.

Queen Suite | Private Bath | up to 4 Guests

Located on the lower floor facing west, the Emerald Suite has a queen bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom with claw foot tub and corner shower. This room also has an electric fireplace. Pet friendly by request.

Queen Room | Private Bath | up to 2 Guests

Located on the second floor corner facing the tree lined prospect street to the north and east, the Clipper Room has a queen bed and a private bathroom.

Queen Room | Private Bath | up to 2 Guests

Located on the second floor corner facing south and east, the Venetian Room has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a freestanding tub.

Queen Room | Private Bath | up to 2 Guests

Located on the second floor facing the courtyard south, the Rose Room has a queen bed and a private bathroom.

Queen Room | Private Bath | up to 3 Guests

Located on the lower floor facing the original entrance to the north on prospect street, the Garden Room has a queen bed, a twin bed and a private bathroom. This room can accomodate additional children increasing the room max.

Queen Room | Private Bath | up to 3 Adult Guests

Located on the lower floor facing the southern courtyard and fountain, the Fountain Room has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a private bathroom. This room can accommodate additional children as needed.

Queen Room | Shared Bath | up to 2 Guests

Located on the 3rd floor with vaulted and angled ceilings, the Cabin Room shares an additional top level bathroom with one other room. Cabin room is added to skyline suite for additional guests utlizing the large apartment.

King Apartment | 1-2 Bath | up to 6 Guests

Located on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings, the Skyline Suite has an en suite bathroom and a private hallway bathroom in the landing with the Cabin Room. Private 3rd floor balcony and deck. Can also be booked as an event space.

*Reserved for adult guests. 4 guests in suite. 6 guests includes additional bed/bath.

Queen Room | Private Entrance | Private Bath | up to 4 Guests

Located on the ground floor of the Carriage House with private entrance, the Carriage Suite has a queen bed, a queen sofa sleeper and a private bathroom. This room also has a kitchenette and seating area.

Queen Room | Private Entrance | Private Bath | 2 Guests

Located on the second floor of the Carriage House, the Carriage Loft has a queen bed and a private bathroom as well as a private entrance from the courtyard.
